In a short summary, the processes we use at Hammers Etc. have been designed to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity of your repaired breaker.
We have the following Three Steps every breaker goes through;
- Disassembly & Quoting
This step includes Disassembly, Cleaning, Inspecting, to ensure proper quotations. If we find that your breaker only needs a nitrogen re-charge then that’s we will quote you. We will always do the right repairs at the most cost effective price.
- Rebuilding & Assembly
After receiving the proper approval, we will order only the needed parts. This step can be summarized into sandblasting, reassembling, and painting.
The last and most important step, all breakers leave with a compression test to ensure that there are no leaks. We also go through some before delivery checks to ensure that the breaker leaves ready-to-use.
